This page guides you through the streamlined process of placing an order with Patient Better, ensuring efficient order handling and patient engagement. It outlines the step-by-step process, from order placement to patient education completion.
How Our Order Processing Works:
- Order Placement
The physician submits the order through our secure online platform. - Order Confirmation & Initial Review
Upon receiving the order, the Patient Better staff verifies its completeness. We then contact the prescribing office to confirm all necessary details and initiate the processing of the order. - Assigning a Patient Better Partner
A dedicated Patient Better Partner is assigned to oversee the entire process, ensuring the order is managed efficiently and accurately. - Patient/Power of Attorney Contact & Interview Setup
The Patient Better Partner contacts the patient or their power of attorney to schedule a 15-minute Health Proficiency Challenge Interview. This interview will confirm the patient’s responses and further assess the candidacy of the order for success.- If Denied: The Patient Better Partner will gather the necessary information and provide a clear explanation for the denial.
- If Approved: The Patient Better Partner will place the order and arrange for the drop-shipping of the Patient Better program directly to the patient’s residence.
Completion & Certification
Once the patient completes the educational program, a certification is issued, signifying their readiness and compliance with the necessary health management protocols.
