How Patient Better Turned Ordinary People into Supercharged Health Advocates
Our Story
In 2019, we created Patient Better LLC as a tool to help people, alongside their healthcare providers, better manage chronic conditions. At that time, patients faced challenges like limited face-to-face time with physicians, constant insurance changes, and the shift to electronic health records.
Then the pandemic hit. Patient Better LLC underwent a complete redesign to meet the new demands of healthcare. We went online, developed our own software, and became a more robust solution, allowing individuals to learn and manage their care on their own. This comprehensive approach has empowered people to take greater control of their healthcare.
However, we realized there was still a need for more patient support. That’s why in 2021, we launched The Patient Better Project, 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on public health education research, advocacy, and awareness. Together, these two entities work under the ‘Patient Better’ brand to ensure individuals receive gold-standard education and the most up-to-date practical solutions for their healthcare journey.
Patient Better LLC handles the commercial side, scaling the tools and resources needed for effective healthcare management. Meanwhile, The Patient Better Project Inc. ensures that underserved communities are reached, providing them with vital education and support for better health outcomes.
As we grow, we’re expanding into areas like DME, retail, and future franchise opportunities, ensuring that our mission of empowering individuals to take control of their healthcare reaches as many people as possible.
Join us in this movement. Follow, subscribe, connect, and like to help us make a lasting impact on healthcare, so everyone can move from confusion and overwhelm to becoming confident MVPs of their care team.
