- “You” refers to the individual accessing or purchasing from the site.
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase products. When accepted by us (via confirmation email), this becomes a binding contract.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website.
- Orders and Payment Authorization
Orders for downloadable or shipped products are not fulfilled until payment is authorized. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with product details. This does not signify acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as:
- Product unavailability
- Payment failure
- Pricing or product errors on the site
- Downloadable Content
For digital products, you will be directed to a verification page to confirm your email before accessing your download. A download link will also be emailed to you.
- Cancellation and Returns
Orders may be canceled before the product is shipped or accessed. Once accessed (in the case of digital products), returns are handled under our satisfaction guarantee. Contact us to request a refund within the specified return window.
- Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. The total cost, including delivery (if applicable), will be shown at checkout. Prices shown at the time of purchase will be honored, even if they change later.
By submitting your order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve any issue directly with us.
- Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
All website content, including downloadable resources and training materials, is the property of Patient Better LLC and/or The Patient Better Project Inc.
Website users agree:
- Not to reproduce, distribute, or alter any content without written permission
- Not to share documents, tools, templates, or training files with unauthorized users
- To access materials solely for personal or internal organizational use (as applicable)
Violation of these conditions may result in access termination and legal action.
- Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Texas courts. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall still apply.
For Licensing Purchasers
This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Patient Better LLC and the licensed Buyer (“you”). By purchasing a license and clicking “I Agree,” you accept the following terms:
- Purpose
This license grants access to Patient Better’s proprietary engagement tools, which include:
- Healthcare Proficiency Challenge
- Readiness Assessment
- Non-Compliance Waiver
Optional tools (such as the Completion Survey and Final Certification Evaluation) are custom-developed upon request and require a brief consultation.
These tools are intended to support real-time patient education, documentation, and engagement in modern clinical practice.
- License Scope
Each license is:
- Issued to a single NPI-registered provider
- Non-transferable and non-sharable
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
Only the individual licensee may use the tools. Group licenses or administrator-based multi-user access is not permitted. Each provider must license and sign individually.
- Data Use and Privacy
Patient Better LLC does not access, collect, or store patient data unless separately and explicitly authorized in writing. All tool-generated content is routed to the licensee’s designated system. You are responsible for secure storage and HIPAA compliance.
- Intellectual Property
All materials remain the intellectual property of Patient Better LLC. You may not reproduce, edit, resell, or redistribute any content. The license grants you usage rights, not ownership.
- Fees and Duration
Licenses are non-refundable once granted. Renewal is not automatic unless selected at checkout. Continued use beyond the initial term requires a new license and agreement.
- Revocation and Termination
We may revoke a license without refund for any misuse, breach of terms, or unauthorized distribution. Access is retained through the 12-month term unless revoked for cause.
- Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing and electronically agreeing to this License, you acknowledge that:
- You understand and accept the license scope
- You agree to use the tools as part of your patient engagement strategy
- You will not modify, redistribute, or transfer the tools in violation of this agreement
This agreement supersedes any prior discussion or representation and is binding upon acceptance.
